Following the success of two big collaborations last year, Famba returns for new single and music video with ‘Still Call You Mine’, the first track from his forthcoming EP, Wishes Vol. 2.

‘Still Call You Mine’, Famba’s new track, is “a fun and lighthearted take on love”, and is written by the rising producer with Wyatt Sanders (Diplo & Trippie Redd, iann dior) and Roland “Rollo” Spreckley (Noah Cyrus, BTS x Steve Aoki).

The uplifting song features Famba’s signature pop-dance sound with a dynamic vocal performance and vibrant piano. Its chorus embodies the optimistic tone and narrative of unconditional love, a shift in sound from the producer’s debut EP Wishes Vol. 1.

Famba says,

“For me, this song is the start of a new era. I really wanted to come back into the dance world. Dance music is everything to me, and I want to showcase my passion for the genre in my own music.”

The song features an accompanying action-packed MV that follows the producer from a boring desk job to a ruthless police chase.

‘Still Call You Mine’ follows the release of Famba’s two collaborative tracks in 2020 – ‘No One Knows’ (with Henri PFR and Chiara Castelli) and ‘Know You Best’ (with Jake Tarry and Alex Hosking).

Ryan Pettipas, better known as Famba, first burst onto the local scene in his hometown of Halifax, Nova Scotia in 2016. His heartfelt songs and laudable production talents have earned him releases via major electronic music labels, with releases garnering millions of streams across multiple platforms.

His first two major label releases, ‘Wish You Well (feat. Trove)’ and ‘Swear to God’ each went on to achieve Gold certified status in Canada, while his third release, ‘Storm (feat. Kyra Mastro)’ introduced Famba to the U.S. market in a big way by scoring the #1 spot at Dance Radio (Mediabase) and logging over 10 million global streams to date.
