Grammy winners Mumford & Sons and popular electronic music duo Honne is coming to Singapore for Neon Lights and the team over at AsiaLive365 is pretty damn stoked about this very British line-up!

Returning to Fort Canning Park this year on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th November 2019, Neon Lights is also Singaporeโ€™s premier music and arts festival. And it looks like the proof is in the pudding with the announcement of two great acts. With more to come at the end of July!
British band Mumford & Sons will put up their first ever show in Singapore and Southeast Asia on the Neon Lights stage on Saturday 23rd November. The band has headlined some of the worldโ€™s biggest music festivals such as Glastonbury, Coachella.
Playing ahead of Mumford & Sons on the main stage on the Saturday will be British electronic-soul act Honne – a band who has already established their popularity in Singapore. Each of Honneโ€™s four previous Singapore shows have sold out months in advance. The band first made their debut at the 450-pax capacity Esplanade Annexe Studio on 2nd and 3rd June 2017, before moving on to sell out two nights at the Capitol Theatre in March this year.
Masters at setting up an idyllic and almost addictive ambience, fans should expect nothing less than a mesmerising performance.

Known for incorporating folk instruments such as banjo, mandolin and resonator guitar, Mumford & Sons have released four multi-platinum certified albums over the last decade with singles from all albums such as โ€˜Little Lion Manโ€™, โ€˜I Will Waitโ€™, โ€˜Believeโ€™ and โ€˜Guiding Lightโ€™, topping the charts in multiple different countries including the US, UK, Germany, Australia and Canada.
Fans of the band will remember โ€˜I Will Waitโ€™ which peaked at No. 1 on the Billboard charts in April 2013, and has over 156 million views on Youtube, to date.
The band received eight total Grammy nominations for their second album โ€˜Babelโ€™, released in 2012, and won the Grammy Award for Album of The Year. The band also won the Brit Award for Best British Group in 2013.
โ€˜Deltaโ€™, released in November last year, is the bandโ€™s latest album.

Since their debut in West London in 2007, Mumford & Sons have put on many phenomenal performances in both large stadiums and small cosy venues, leading to the production of three โ€˜liveโ€™ albums; the most notable one being Road to Red Rocks. Their November trip with be their only ever show in Asia other than their outing at Fuji Rocks 2013 in Japan, and fans will not want to miss this exclusive show.
The band are currently on their Delta Tour, which is set to conclude on 17th August 2019. This tour does not include any Asia cities.

Neon Lights 2019 takes place on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th November from 1pm till late each day. Limited Early Bird tickets for Saturday, 23rd November, go on sale at 9am on Friday, 19th July at www.neonlights.sg and SISTIC at SGD$108.
Once this has sold out, Tier 2 tickets will kick-in at SGD$128. Fans are encouraged to secure their tickets early so as to avoid disappointment.
Neon Lights is Singaporeโ€™s very own premier outdoor music and arts festival promising an electrifying line-up of international and local music acts, a dynamic arts programme, and a ton of fun for everyone! The three previous editions of the festival have attracted over 30,000 people featuring acts such as Damien Rice, Sigur Ros, Chic/Nile Rodgers, Foals, Interpol, Yuna, and Cigarettes After Sex.
The headliner for Sunday 24th November will be announced in late July. Sunday and two-day tickets will go on sale then. Those who have already bought Saturday tickets will have the option to upgrade their tickets to 2-day tickets when the Sunday line-up is announced.
