Symmetry Entertainment announced today STRFKR’s upcoming debut show in Singapore has been cancelled.

The Portland rockers were originally slated to perform on Sunday, October 8 at Aliwal Art Centre as part of their eight-date Asia tour.

“We were both excited about the performance and tried our best to make this happen but due to reasons beyond our control, STRFKR will be unable to enter Singapore for a performance,” the promoter wrote on Facebook.

While the statement didn’t go into detail, fans can learn the reason from the band themselves. STRFKR took to Twitter Wednesday night and cited their “positive views on marijuana”.
