Live Nation Singapore announced this morning on 21 February that the 28-year old British singer-songwriter will not be playing in Singapore on March 29th at SCAPE The Ground Theatre.
Sadly, this cancellation includes his entire Asia Tour, and not just Singapore.
The young music artist was slated to perform in Shanghai on 25 March, Kuala Lumpur on 27 March, Singapore on 29 March, Seoul on 31 March, and Tokyo on 2 April.
I am absolutely gutted to announce that in light of recent events, my ‘What A Time To Be Alive Asia tour’ has been cancelled.
Full refunds will be available, please contact your ticketing provider for more info.
Thank you so much for your support and I’m sorry I can’t make it this time, but I’ll see you guys in Asia soon.”
For his Singapore show, this was Live Nation’s official statement:
In light of recent events, we regret to announce the cancellation of Tom Walker ‘What A Time To Be Alive Tour 2020’ Live in Singapore on March 29, 2020 at SCAPE The Ground Theatre.
Customers who have purchased tickets will receive full refunds. Refunds will be automatically credited to the same credit card used for the transaction. It will take 14 business days for credit card refund to be processed.
Please contact APACTix at +65 3158 8588 or email [email protected] for all refund enquiries.
Oh, What A Time To cry…
We at AsiaLive365 are truly gutted of this, more so because it is a cancellation and not a postponement.
Perhaps we’ll see you next time, Tom!
