Cambodian rap sensation VannDa is back with a bang, and he’s not holding back. On March 14th, the Southeast Asian star kicked off his ambitious trilogy mini-album project, TREYVISAI — and it’s already making waves.

TREYVISAI I: The Search for Light is the first part of this epic musical journey. Packed with high-energy flex tracks like “Out of My Mind,” “Me, My Flow, and I,” and “Fishing,” the album gives fans a taste of VannDa’s signature flow and larger-than-life energy. If the hype from the exclusive listening party at Aeon 3 Main Hall in Phnom Penh is anything to go by, these tracks are set to become instant favorites.

But that’s not all — VannDa also treated fans to an exciting collab on the album’s lead single, “Smoke Up.” Featuring Thai rap heavyweight YOUNGOHM, the track fuses VannDa’s hard-hitting style with YOUNGOHM’s raw charisma. It’s a match made in rap heaven.

“When VannDa reached out, it felt like the perfect fit,” YOUNGOHM said. “We’ve both built something from the ground up, and ‘Smoke Up’ is a reflection of that.”

VannDa echoed the sentiment: “YOUNGOHM gets it. He’s versatile and fearless, just like me. This track is a celebration of Southeast Asian talent.”

What’s Next in the TREYVISAI Trilogy?

March 21st: Get ready for TREYVISAI II: Burn Like the Sun, diving into the chaos and emotional highs and lows of life. It even features a collab with Laotian artist Thinlamphone on the heart-wrenching track “Lovesick Blue.”

May 1st: The finale arrives with TREYVISAI III: The Return to Sovannaphum. This one’s personal. VannDa will blend traditional Khmer sounds with bold modern influences, delivering a powerful reflection on identity and resilience.

Fans can experience the trilogy live at two massive shows:

  • TREYVISAI Legacy Concert — May 3rd in Battambang
  • TREYVISAI Sovannaphum Concert — May 17th in Phnom Penh
