Today, they’ve announced their self-titled debut record set for release on November 5, 2021.

Along with the announcement, the duo have shared their new track ‘Dangerous’ with a music video directed by Katie Paul.

Amy says,

“’Dangerous’ is aptly named; slinky, sexy and drenched in hip-hop goodness.  Of all of the tracks on this LP, this is one where Joe and I worked backwards, usually our mode d’emploi is that I write melody and lyrics to his incredible productions.  Here is an old resurrected song of mine, that I brought in to the mix and Joe’s incredible bass heavy, dag nasty production makes the whole song anew!  It also showed Joe and I that there really is absolutely no method by which we can’t seemingly and quickly come up with these bangers. We write by telepathy!”

HARD FEELINGS’ first LP is described as “an opera of sad bangers” that will “make you dance, make you cry, and make you feel.”

Amy Douglas has earned her reputation across the house and disco scenes with her striking, distinctive voice and stellar songwriting, becoming the ‘go-to’ vocalist for many a dance music tracks.

She has worked with artists including Luke Solomon, The Crooked Man, and Horse Meat Disco as well as having recently written ‘Something More’ for Roisin Murphy’s latest album Roisin Machine.

Joe Goddard is a well-known figure in the electronic music world with a broad discography of sounds ranging from house, techno, and disco to UK garage, R&B, and electro-pop. He is best known as one of the members of the electronic band Hot Chip and one half of The 2 Bears.
