Kanye West just released a line of merch and will be releasing an album in the IMAX.
A month ago, Kim Kardashian announced that Kanye West would release his album Jesus Is King on 26 September. While the release of the album is still being postponed, West held two film screenings in Detroit and Chicago and released a line of merch over the weekend. Yesterday, Kim Kardashian revealed on her socials that a premiere of a film tracking the genesis of the album will be released in theย IMAXย format onย 25 October.
The film chronicles a recent iteration of theย Sunday Serviceย jams, held at some point during summer this year. Set amidst theย Roden Crater, anย installation by American artistย James Turrell, it captures a performance of the songs offย Jesus Is Kingย byย West and his band.
