American singer-songwriter Lindsey Jordan aka Snail Mail is heading over to the region this October.

Confirmed by Scorched Asia, the indie-rock talent will be throwing 5 gigs around the region as part of her solo project Snail Mail’s promotion. Slated to be in October, Jordan will swing by Taipei’s The Wall (Oct 9) and Hong Kong’s This Town Needs before making few stops in Southeast Asia.
All tickets details are yet to be announced.
Snail Mail will embark at Bangkok on Thursday, October 11. Jordan will play Snail Mail’s first studio effort Lush live on stage at Rockacademy. After that, the singer will head off to Singapore for a show on Friday, October 12. The venue TBA.
Meanwhile, the Matador-signed artist will spend her last day on the continent with her fans in Jakarta. The singer will be filling Rossi Musik with her indie rock sound on Saturday, October 13.
Snail Mail is a solo project of an emerging young indie-rock talent from Maryland Lindsey Jordan. The 19-year-old singer debuted in 2015 with an EP Sticki. The work, indeed, earned her recognition throughout America. The release was followed by a short DIY tour and another release of EP Habit in 2016. This time, Snail Mail shone even more with their EP’s opening track “Thining” entered Pitchfork’s Best New Track series.

A year after Snail Mail’s second EP release, Jordan decided to join one of the biggest homes to indie music Matador Records and got her first studio effort Lush out to the world. Phase one tickets, priced THB1,200, will go on-sale this Friday (Aug 17) through Ticketmelon and will rise to THB1,400 for phase two.
