The singer-songwriter, who was initially supposed to have performed in March before postponing all tour dates to September, has now cancelled the entire Asia leg.

Promoters across the region have announced the unfortunate news this afternoon, via Live Nation Singapore, PR Worldwide and Live Nation BEC-TERO, among others.

In a video message to fans, the young 17-year-old artiste said this:

“Hi guys, it’s Ruel here. I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who bought tickets to the postponed dates to the Asia leg of the Free Time World Tour. Unfortunately we’re gonna to have to cancel the whole thing now, but I promise I’m gonna get back there as soon as I can to play for you all so just stay safe and look out for each other, and hopefully I’ll see
you next year!”
