John Legend reveals him and Chrissy Teigen are welcoming their first child, a baby girl, in October.
Regarding his wife’s pregnancy, he tellsΒ PeopleΒ magazine, βYou canβt hide it after awhile! A lot of times, itβs tough because youβre getting used to a different size.β
Not that they want to hide it, though. His wife Chrissy, 30, is far from wanting to. The model has been a proud expecting mama, postingΒ her baby bump photos on Instagram. John sureΒ shares the sentiment. He says, “For her, itβs something to get used to when youβve never had that experience before, but I think sheβs handling it really well. I think she looks gorgeous all the time.”

On parenting, the “All Of Me” singer says,Β “You want to teach the children how to be good people, how to be intelligent and aware and kind and all those things. Everything else will work itself out if you give them the tools that they need to be successful. Theyβll go to good schools and theyβll have influences around, we know that, but you just want them to be good people and contribute good things to the world.”
“Weβre [also] getting our house ready and trying to make sure we have everything set up so that we can go into that transition smoothly, Iβm at that age where everybody is having kids. We get lots of good advice.β
