Rapper M.I.A. and indie trio London Grammar are rounding up this year’s Clockenflap lineup.

The British acts, helming the second night of three, stand out in the final batch of artists confirmed to make 2016 the biggest year of Hong Kong’s homegrown festival yet.

Clockenflap Arts and Music Festival 2016 is happening on November 25-27 at Central Harbourfront Event Space.

Quest Festival 2016: Complete music and arts program is finally here

Fans may find consolation in the latest announcement as much-anticipated rap-rave group Die Antwoord pulled out from the festival earlier this week due to unforeseen circumstances.

Other notable names in the final roster include American hip-hop veterans The Sugarhill Gang, San Francisco Witch house and chillwave spearhead oOoOO, UK electronic musician Matt Cutler aka Lone, and lauded synth pop singer-songwriter Shura, whose Asia visit was cut short due to Wonderfruit’s postponement.

2016 marks the first year Clockenflap relocates to a new home on Central Harbourfront after being held in West Kowloon Cultural District for five editions since 2011. The new venue would provide more space for activities, organisers said.
