Icelandic post-rock group Sigur Rós have announced tour dates for Singapore, Thailand, Japan and South Korea of their upcoming world tour.

All Asia tour dates will take place in August with shows in Singapore, South Korea, Japan and Thailand. Venues have yet to be announced
The Asia leg of the upcoming tour will take place in August with shows in Singapore, South Korea, Japan and Thailand. Venues have yet to be confirmed for the band’s concerts in Seoul, South Korea and Bangkok, Thailand.
The Asia leg will be in Singapore on August 17 at The Star Theatre with fan presales starting on Wednesday (April 27) and general tickets going on sale via Sistic this Friday (April 29).
They will then head to Seoul on August 19, two Japan shows – August 22 at Zepp Osaka Bayside and August 25 at Tokyo Garden Theatre – and finally August 28 in Bangkok.
Venues for South Korea and Thailand have yet to be confirmed.
The Asia shows are the latest to be added to shows in Australia, New Zealand, Europe and North America.
According to a press release, the band will perform “new songs at the shows, alongside material drawn from their acclaimed 25 year discography”.
