Previously announced as headliner at We The Fest, alternative rockers Phoenix now have another Southeast Asia stop lined up: Manila.
Karpos Multimedia announced at Wanderland 2017 over the weekend that the Versailles four-piece will perform here in Manila again on Tuesday, August 15 at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City Kia Theatre.

Phoenix first visited in the Philippines in January 2014, playing a sold-out show held at the World Trade Center. Thanks again to Karpos Multimedia, Phoenix are set to do their second concert here in Manila. If you didn’t catch them live last time, it’s time to do so now.

Formed in 1999 in Versailles, France, Phoenix consist of Thomas Mars on vocals, Deck d’Arcy on bass and keys, Christian Mazzalai on guitar and Laurent Brancowitzis on guitar. They’re best known for “If I Ever Feel Better”, “1901” and “Lisztomania”.
Update (Mar 14): Tickets, priced at PHP3,500, PHP4,000, PHP4,500 and PHP5,500, go on sale through Ticketnet outlets and online at Ticketnet.com.ph starting March 15.
Update (Aug 4): Karpos Multimedia announced the show would be relocated to Kia Theatre.
All tickets will be honoured and relocated to their corresponding spot at the new venue, including VIP standing tickets. Fans can also exchange for the seated tickets, starting today to August 15. Details will be added soon.
